Guedes Pinto is involved in the Business Real Estate sector (Shopping Centers, Retail Parks, Outlet Centers, Large Surfaces, Redevelopment of Traditional Markets) to merchandise these assets, fully acknowledged with the work of retail sellers in the national market. In regular retail sales, Guedes Pinto participates in guided search (purchase mediation).

Merchandising of service spaces (Office Parks, Business Centers, offices, clinics, hotels, etc), in accordance with the same principles of participation. 

Industry and Logistics 
Guedes Pinto promotes rental and sale of stores and industrial parks. It is also involved in merchandising of land for industrial purposes.
